Hey, I'm Abby Rusinovich!

I am a fourth-generation resident of Astoria. I enjoy the small-town experience and am committed to preserving it. My husband and I love raising our two children here. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them in any way that I can. We are a very active family who looks forward to attending our kids sporting events as well as being outdoors. Two words I would use to describe myself are supportive, and enthusiastic.

I have been successfully staging homes locally as well as Portland and Washington for the last 14 years. It's all about packaging and marketing the home as a product. I love working with my clients and hearing how home staging has influenced the sale of their home.

I have had the privilege of providing some of you in the community with excellent customer service over the last 17 years. I look forward to working with you again. For those of you I haven't I would love the opportunity!

Elaine Rusinovich, Broker

A career in real estate provides many interesting challenges, and Elaine enjoys them all. As a broker, investor, landlord, renovator and stager, she has a breadth of knowledge and experience that assist her in better serving her clients.

Prior to earning her Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License, she was a licensed Washington State Real Estate Agent for two years. Elaine has been a landlord for fourteen years and a member of Clatsop County Rental Owners Association for thirteen years, three of which she has served on the Board of Directors.

As a renovator, she has experienced the excitement and satisfaction of overseeing the transformation of a property. Elaine can use her ability to see a property's hidden potential to guide her clients in making their decisions about how they can best make a property work for them.

She believes in the value of staging as a powerful marketing tool. Whether a property is to be marketed as a rental or a sale, typically it will move off the market faster and at the desired price when it is staged. Elaine stages properties with her daughter-in-law, Abby Rusinovich, owner of Refined Design Home Staging and Coastal Living Real Estate.

Elaine is a graduate of the University of Oregon. Learning, teaching, and her natural instincts for providing empathetic assistance, guidance, and encouragement make her especially skilled at supporting clients like seniors, and first-time buyers. Having personally been on both the buying and selling side of a home sale, she fully understands that it is much more than just a legal transaction — it is one’s memories, investment, and emotions.

Elaine is a native of the Clatsop County. Her familiarity with the characteristics of our diverse Oregon Coast communities helps home buyers find the right fit. She honors the trust that clients place in her in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible.
